Power machinery
A machine that provides power for various agricultural machinery and facilities. Agricultural power machinery mainly includes internal combustion engine and tractor equipped with internal combustion engine, as well as electric motor, wind turbine, water turbine and various small generator sets. Motors are mostly used to drive all kinds of agricultural machinery for fixed or indoor operation, such as agricultural products processing machinery and water pump, as well as all kinds of operating machinery in greenhouse, warehouse and poultry house. In areas with water power or wind power resources, the use of wind turbines and water turbines to drive all kinds of fixed operation machinery can save petroleum fuel. The wind turbine equipped with water lifting device can provide water for human and livestock in grassland and pastoral areas. Small generator set with internal combustion engine, wind turbine or water turbine and generator is used to provide electricity for agricultural production and rural life in remote areas. Solar energy and biogas generated from rural waste materials can also provide electricity through solar power generation devices, biogas generating sets and biogas diesel dual fuel generating sets.
Planting machinery
According to the different planting objects and technological process, planting machinery can be divided into three categories: seeder, planter and seedling planter.
The object of planter planting is the seeds of crops or coated seeds made into pellets. It can be divided into three types according to the sowing method: the seeder, the drill and the hole planter. Various types of precision seeders, which began to develop in large quantities in the 1950s, can accurately control the sowing rate, hole (plant) distance and sowing depth. The pneumatic precision seeder (air suction, air pressure or air blowing) is developed in the 1970s. It uses positive or negative pressure air flow to discharge a row of seeds at a certain interval to realize single seed precision hole sowing. Compared with the traditional mechanical seed metering device, it has the characteristics of accurate sowing quantity and no damage to seeds. In addition, there is a mechanical precision seed metering device. It is a hanging 6-Row cultivator with fertilization device, which can be used for drilling and hole sowing of soybean, corn and sorghum.
The object of planting machine is potato, sweet potato, onion and other crops and sugarcane planting segment. Due to the great differences in the characteristics and planting requirements of different crop blocks and segments, most of the planting machines are special-purpose planters, commonly used are potato planting machines, sugarcane planting machines, etc.
The planting objects of seedling planter are rice, cotton, tobacco, vegetable, fruit tree, flower and other crops and seedlings with nutrition bowl or soil. Planting machine is divided into three types: semi mechanization, mechanization and automation. Semi mechanized seedling planting machine is completed by the machine ditching, covering soil and pressing processes, while picking and planting seedlings are completed by the planting hands sitting on the machine. The transplanting action of mechanized seedling planting machine is also completed by the machine, but the seedling is still picked up by the transplanter and put into the seedling planting mechanism. The automatic seedling planting machine only manually loads the tray seedlings (usually the seedlings with nutrition bowl) onto the seedling tray frame of the machine, and the machine automatically completes all the planting procedures in the process of moving.
Fertilization machinery is used to apply all kinds of chemical fertilizers (granular fertilizer, liquid fertilizer), stable manure, manure and compost in the field. It is mainly used to apply the base fertilizer before the cultivated land, while the seed fertilizer and topdressing are generally applied by the fertilization device attached to the seeder and cultivator respectively. The commonly used fertilizing machines include manure spreader, fertilizer spreader, liquid fertilizer sprayer, fertilizer spreader and ammonia strip applicator.
